Im 3-5 weeks and my period has just come is it my period or something bad ? Im scared!

My aunt had bleeding through her entire first pregnancy, my cousin did end up with some mental delays but other than that he was perfect.
I went there today she did bloods and all of that she said its possible to be a late period fighting through the pregnancy hormones or it could be a miscarriage im just so scared ive waited years for this positive :(

Consult your doctor it could be just normal bleeding but if there's pain aswell there's a possibility you could be having a miscarriage :( good luck
