For me if I add a cup of spinach in my smoothie about 20 minutes or so after I drink it makes me go to the bathroo. Too much tmi sorry. At least that worked for me. Eat plums or drink a little bit of plum juice.

Greens can also cause bloating, though (such as broccoli, spinach and green beans). When you get bloated, do you drink milk? While pregnant milk can be harder to digest causing bloating. This is my second pregnancy and noticed I was super bloated towards the end of the day. I cut out dairy and it's helped out ALOT. Also my midwife suggested lactaid (the pills) when I get uncomfortable. She said it was perfectly safe while pregnant. Try cutting out dairy to see if this helps first. Good luck!

I feel you. I'm way bloated too. Drink lots of water, then have some more. And soup. :) The broth keeps all the nutrients in it, so nothing's lost. :) Good luck!
