blood in my vomit?

Hello, this is my first pregnancy & I'm roughly 12 weeks & still have bad nausea. Last night I was vomiting & what looked like blood mixed with my food came up. I haven't eaten anything red so I couldn't think of anything other than blood. It wasn't a little blood either.  Like, mostly red.. Should I be worried?  Go to the hospital?

That happened to me plenty of times. Its probably just from straining when throwing up like your esophagus is getting raw so its bleeding a little. As long as youre not throwing up a puddle of blood then i wouldnt worry

I always throw up in my 1st trimester but never blood! Maybe u should get it checked out just to be safe
