blood pressure

Just came back from the drs I'm told I have high blood pressure this morning. Does anyone have this problem ? How do you keep it down?

Not sure when to go my insurance starts in Oct should I go to a dr

Try to relax, keep your salt intake down, and wait to see what your Dr recommends next.

And you might b right might have been the other way around not 100% sure this is the 1st time I'm pregnant and I was really nervous and my husband kept calling to find out how it was going

Mine was 130/83 and she put me on the baby asprin.  Blah. ):

Your BP can't be 110/160... Perhaps the other way around? 160/110? That's very high and I'm surprised they didn't want to do a further workup on you... How far along are you?

I have high blood pressure issues too... gestational hypertension... and ive been put on bedrest for the last two months of my pregnancy, since mine wont stay down. Its actually been a month.. another two to go... boring!!!!

I was told the same thing.  It's not super high but she put me on 81 mg baby asprin instead of blood pressure medicine.  That is supposed to help keep it under control.  She also gave me this special meal plan. You should ask if they have anything like that available for you. And to ask about the baby asprin
