Has anyone else had extreme blood sugar drops? Mine gets to where i lose vision and cant walk or almost hurl everywhere:'( i already struggle with hyperglacimia would pregnancy make it worse??:'(

It can make it worse yes. I struggled with it up until my senior year. Im afraid that I have gotten it back. As long as you double your fruit, water and protein intake you will be ok. Also try a Gatorade every once in awhile
