weird dreams

I am ten weeks, going on eleven on wednesday. I am having these terrible nightmares almost every night and it's causing me to stay awake and driving my fiance nuts. Idk if it's the pregnancy or could be to late night snacking. The late night snacking is rare , I only eat if my belly starts to rumble. Any one experience weird dreams? Mine are literally just horrific and vivid.

All. The. Time.
And they range from just strange to upsetting and down right terrifying.
Last night when my husband came home (he's been working late nights) and gave me a kiss, I nearly punched him in the face! I was in the middle of a bad dream about fighting with him, and him fighting with me, because we both felt neglected.
I think it's hormones not snacking. Because I've been pretty good about midnight snacks too.

I've been getting strange dreams as well. I've heard that pregnant women have more vivid memorable dreams. Which is definitely true for me. Sometimes they're nightmares, sometimes just weird . Not sure why it happens (:
