Try laying warm wet washcloths on your breasts?

Not ice. Ice will hurt the milk supply your body is learning to produce. Warm moist heat can relieve discomfort - it probably won't feel so good to stand directly in the shower spray (it didnt for me when i was super sore) but with your back to the showerhead warm wet washcloths draped over your breasts can definitely help. Supportive bras but not too constrictive - not the sports bra you wore to work out before getting pregnant, it's much too small now.

Comfortable bra that fits correctly. Its normal for them to hurt. But yea you cant pump yet lol. They dont hurt bc of milk you dont get milk till after baby is born Before that we only have colostrum ba iea first milk. But that is.correct pumping can sometimes help induce labor or any nipple stimulation.

Breast pain is just something we all have to deal with unfortunately. You'll get through it.

There's nothing you can really do but maybe put ice. Almost everyone pregnant goes thru it

Not if your pregnant it can trick your body into false labour don't pump until the baby is born

No, do not pump before delivery without talking to a doctor.
