Anyone else having constipation one minute and diahreeah the.next. any sugestions.for.it. i am dyin. 7 weeks along. Fist timer. any suggestions will.help. for anything.

Yes I'm going through this right now it's horrible :(  and get yucky cramps with the diareha

I've done the back & forth my whole pregnancy. I'm 28+1. Finally figured out something that helped me. 1 Tablespoon of flax seed mixed with applesauce, yogurt, or cottage cheese. It straightened me right out.

Ugh i hate it! Im 19w 2d and i have this lovely cycle of constipation, normal & then diarrhea. Been like this since the beginning. I eat healthy & try to do more natural things to help but doc said metamucil is fine to take.

Ugh me too. I just want normal poo again lol. Drink lots of water and up your fiber intake, it helps quite a bit

Yes! It *****! Dr told me increase your water intake eat fresh fruit and raw veggies bc that can help also she told me to use senkot over the counter meds that can help regulate things...good luck
