so im basically 38 weeks pregnant ..
im not high risk, no bed rest or any restrictions..
and i'd really like to go bowling tonight lol.
if that okay to do?

I am 36 weeks. I have bowled every Wednesday night since before I found out I was pregnant. My doc said it was okay as long as im using a light ball and I take it easy.
You should be fine as long as you take it easy, don't toss a 16lb ball (lol) and just have fun :-) don't step over that foul line! It's super slick! Lol
I don't see why not but if you're worried ask your doc before his office closes today
