I know I should consult my doctor but I really really want to go bowling for my birthday what are your opinions? Im 23 weeks
I bowled and had fun doing it. im 33 weeks just have to relax and don't tense up. try a light ball if your bowling alley has different weight balls
I went bowling at 20 weeks .My doctor had told me it was fine .I'm 26 weeks and baby boys is heathly and doing great .I think you will be fine .
