Yeah especially since the climate where i live is REALLY hot. We're on the east side of Washington and our summer days hit over 100 degrees. So i need to kick my butt and drink more water. My boyfriend has been a sweetie and has been helping get me water when im too hot to get it myself. Yeah i love feeling our little boy move its amazing :) sometimes he actually takes my breath away cause his movements are so strong its crazy. :)

Are you drinking enough liquids? Ive been getting them a lot too even if i havent lifted my butt out of bed all day lol. Although my mom told me that she had tons of braxton hicks with me (her first child) and she said that you get more braxton hicks with your first kid (idk if thats true but idk). I need to drink more liquids though i dont drink as much as i should and if you arent hydrated enough then you can experience more braxton hicks. But if theyre getting painful call your doctor. Definitely try downing the liquids though and laying down on your left side with a pillow between your legs and see if that helps. :)
