They are early uterine contractions before labor begins.
You can feel these contractions as kind of "exercise" for your uterus before you actually have labor contractions.
Your uterus will feel hard, and will feel like it's contracting but won't actually feel painful - just pressure - it's your uterus preparing for the labor contractions.
False contractions. Your stomach will get super tight and hard, and can be really uncomfortable. Some women get them later in pregnancy and some women never get them during pregnancy. I got them around 33 weeks. They are random and sometimes I would have to stop and catch my breath. Perfectly normal:)
