braxton hicks\tight belly

Im 31 weeks. Due january 1. Ive been having braxton hicks contractions on and off for a few weeks but today for the last hour my belly has been really tight like when you have braxtonhicks except its been constant and wont go away. Should i be concerned ?

Callndr.but same  happened to me  u should be ok..bodybpreparing itself for lavor in few weeks or montha

They arent time able. And they dont hurt. Its a consistant pain that hasnt gone away. Ive tried laying down in different position. Ive tried drinking water. It feels just like braxton hicks except it isnt coming and going its been a consistant pain since about 1:30. Its very uncomfortable. When i eat or try cleaning or getting up to do anything really, my belly instanty gets tighter and is 10x stonger vs. Just sitting here

Do they hurt? And are they timeable? If u are able to time them, and when u move around or change positions they don't go away, then they are real contractions. If that's the case u need to go be seen soon cuz ur too early to be having the real thing. Braxton hicks is just ur body's way of practicing, but if u are able to time these contractions and they hurt they aren't BH.
