I got fired from my job the day after they found out I was pregnant. It was before my 90 days so they didn't have to give me an explanation. Claimed they didn't have any hours to give me but I was the only one working in my department and they hired about 12 people after they hired me. It's complete ********

If you have a contract stating your regular working hours they cannot cut.them without first discussingit wwith you and issuing you a new contract. Talk to.HR if your boss is uncooperative.

That is indeed illegal and they have no rite if they dont have a clear explanation. That is only done if I personally ask for it some actually require a doctors note before they agree to that. If I were u I would take it up with them and get something done about it. I really do feel for you.

You have a legal right to demand an explanation on why your regular hours were decreased.

That's actually illegal, so I'd remind them of that.

when I applied for the job I currently work at I was told by family and friends not to inform them I was pregnant. in pretty sure that if your willing to work and do the job they can not discriminate. sorry to hear.
