breakouts

Normally when my cycle is nearing I break out and during or after it goes away, but now because I'm expecting my breakouts are horrible :( regular soap and water like I normally use doesn't seem to be working what do you guys suggest??

I use clinique's 3 step system. The most important part I found was the moisturizing gel at the end. I kept stripping away all the oils and my face would freak out and over produce...and the moisturizer helped to prevent that. Find something that works for you and your skin type.

Honestly you'll have to just switch it up and find what works for you. I started breaking out all over my cheeks which has never happened. I found an all natural soap store in my town I have to buy two separate products of theirs and use one in the morning and the other at night. When I ran out of one of them my acne came back. I've tried everything else but those are what work for me.:/ its all trial and error.
