breast issues

Ftm here and I am 6 weeks in and I have had sore breasts for awhile. Which I can handle. But now I have been developing a feeling, espically when I get cold, of needled stabbing directly in the center of my nipple. And I've also notices in little black specks in them as well and I am a very clean person that way. The pain has gotten to where when it starts I can't even stint to have clothes brush them. I'm not trying to give a lot of personal information and I'm sorry if I offend someone but even in intimate moments I have never had sensitive nipples. Can someone please tell me if thus is normal or not? I'm really starting to get worried that something may be wrong. And if it is normal there has got to be something to subside it right... please help.

when i find out i was pregnant at 6 weeks my boobs and nipples hurt so bad i couldn't even have a pillow touching them or i would start crying. especially my nipples they had this sharp cutting pain in them and i was afraid of breast cancer. cancer runs in my family and 3 family members died from it. but i went to my doctor and she said everything was fine. she actually said sore breast is a great sign in pregnancy because your body is changing for the baby.

those black spots i had them to but when i hit second trimester they went away. now i have these huge bumps around the nipples and those are also normal as well. i know it ***** but you just gotta stick the breast pain out theres not much they can do for you trust me i have begged for meds from my doc lol.

Lansinoh! It's in a purple tube. What your describing is what it felt like when I had my letdown while I was breastfeeding lol. But yeah it's totally normal.

I agree... I can take pain but this has been a bit more than I can stand lol

Yes its completely normal. I bought this nipple cream from walmart i think its called Linouh or something like that its in a light purple box by the baby stuff, and it works wonders.i couldnt survive without it.
