breast milk 10 DPO

I have googled this and after reading the first 10 posts about a brain tumor, I figured someone here may be able to help me.  I have a 13 month old son. I pumped for 3 months...stopped in December of last year.  My husband and I have been ttc for 3 cycles now.  My cycles are very irregular ranging from 21-27 days.  I ovulated on 9/26.  Yesterday (9 DPO CD22) I got a few minutes of bright red blood.  I thought it was my period until it stopped almost immediately.  Today, it started again just about 24 hours later, bright red blood changing to pink and then again to nothing, and now a clearish pink.  I just got out of the shower and as I was drying off I notices a tiny bit of milk (not colustrum) coming from one nipple.  Has anyone had this, and what was the outcome?  Thanks!

I just wanted to let future readers know that I contacted the doctor today and she said that it can be very normal for milk to show up up to a year after you stop breastfeeding or pumping.  She said to give it two more months and see if it stops.  Thank you ladies for helping me and making me feel better.  BTW, I think AF officially arrived. ):

OOORRRRRR It could've been implantation bleeding and the beginning of those hormones could have caused you to begin leaking abit of milk. Keep an eye out to see if it continues or gets to be more. :) BABYDUST*****************

I didn't completely dry up until almost 2 years after my son. I had him Feb 04 and finally quit getting milk 21 months later. I doubt it is a brain tumor, but it could very well be hormones, or the fact that you never dried up and are now just noticing it. Id call your OB just to be on the safe side though.
