13 weeks confirmed sex!!

Hello ladies so I'm a little jealous of my cousin who is 13 weeks along and she got confirmed in an ultrasound she's having a girl. I'm 16 weeks 4days and still have to wait aanother 20 days to find out the sex. Is that even possible?  I thought the genitals aren't formed until 16 weeks...

If she gets a paid 3D/4D ultrasound then yes she can find out as early as 14wks

It is possible. I paid out of pocket at 14 weeks to find out that I was having a little girl. Ive had 2 ultrasounds since then and she's still a girl. I'll be 21 weeks tomorrow. It really depends on the doctor and how good their equipment is. She could of even had blood work done to find out the gender.

They had confirmed I.was having a boy at13 weeks and when I went back for.my 18 week ultra sound it ended up being a girl. Even though they told me it was a 70% accurate he ended up being a she.

Yeah there's no way they can confirm that at just 12 weeks the parts aren't even totally formed yet.

Lol, yeah I seriously just talked to my ultrasound tech today and she said you can't tell until 16 weeks at the earliest because the genitals are just little nubs that are still forming. It could just be a guess...
