breast pump D:

My baby had jaundice & was dehydrated so I put him on bottles for the 2 days he was on treatment. However i just pumped for the first time after having large difficulty breastfeeding the first 2 days (hes four days old)- Im just curious as to how much colostrum Id be collecting at this point since obviously my milk hasnt come in, considering I couldnt pump until now.
So how much colostrum would be collected? & how do I store it?

Would that 1 mill be from both breasts in total or 1 from each?

Also you will get more buy hand expressing. Pumps work well but there not as good at getting the milk out as you'r baby or you'r hand
