breastfeeding is awesome.
Guys I am so excited. I know everyone has their reasons for feeding their babies however they want and that is great! Im excited because my daughter is 10 days old and I have already lost 30 pounds! Now when I got home from the hospital I was down 16 pounds, but in the past week I've lost another 14! Im so excited because I'm 10 pounds less then i was when I got pregnant. Best work out regime ever! Good luck mommas on all your pregnancy endeavors!

Well to all my non breastfeeding mommies i didnt bf with my son and i was down 30 lbs at my first post baby visit....plus our bond is great dont feel bad....congrats though
Well pumping isnt an accurate way of judging how much she produces (I am assuming thats how she figured it out). Some just dont respond well to pumps thankfully I did. And to xnataliedelany if baby doesnt try a nipple shield I forget how much they are though.
Xnataliedelaney- I know! Also, my mom said she could barely get half an ounce out of each of her breasts at a time so the pediatricians made her feed my brothers and me with formula. I hope everything works out for you. I was definitely nervous that I would be like my mom.
Im hoping to breastfeed aswell, just heard from other people that sometimes little ones wont take it just hope mines does :)
I wish that had happened with me. I lost untilthe last 5 pounds and then those hung around for awhile. I am always starving while nursing.
I mean obviously weight loss isn't the only awesome thing. The bonding with baby is also great but I didn't realize how fast the weight would fall off!

My LO is a month old today, and I'm down 27lbs. I had only gained 2 during the pregnancy, so all my pre pregnancy clothes don't fit any more. They fall right off! I bf for around 3 weeks, but are on formula now.
Congrats! By my two week post partum visit I was five lbs lighter than pre pregnancy. I thought it was exciting. Right after I had my son, I could fit into my fave jeans again. Breastfeeding is awesome!
I truly can't wait to create this Special bond with my little Prince. Weight loss is definitely a Bonus ♥
