Is it true that when you breastfeed everything.you.eat and drink goes directly into your milk? So basically whatever you eat or drink baby will as well? This is my third child but i didnt breastfeed my first two.

Lol my daughter has the opposite affect with caffeine when I drank it but caffeine has the opposite affect on me too. My brother would always fuss about how it was so horrible and I would have a wild child.

You can eat whatever you want unless you know it's going to make you feel sick, because then it will probably do the same to your baby. I honestly eat whatever I want (and to be honest, it's not a healthy diet) but my baby is thriving. My midwives have literally canceled appointments because we're both so healthy.
