Drink lots of water, and remember to eat lots of healthy snacks throughout the day too. Bf burns a lot of calories. I never needed it, but my friend drank that mothers milk tea to help with her supply and it worked for her. Talk to a lactation consultant as well and get as much help as possible. Bf can be tricky to learn but is so worth it. Web MD has some good instructional vidoes you can watch that are helpful. Good luck :-)

I was told a glass of wine or a beer will bring in milk production. but only 1 a day

bigger babies dont neccesarily need more, just put the baby to breast often and your milk supply will increase, its pretty rare to not make enough milk, you can also meet with a lc! good luck! :)

Drink LOTS of water, breastfeed and pump frequently-  If pumping, each session will bring you fewer ounces, but with the extra pumping sessions each day, the total ounces should Increase each day. I also heard that Fenugreek and Mother's Milk Tea helps produce more as well.
