I nursed my daughter till 10 months and worked full time plus went to school part time. I just pumped at work. It's recommended for 6 months.

The lactation consultants at my wic office recommend you bf til 24mo lol imo that's too long but the first 6 mo are what matters most

It's recommended for at least the first 6 months, but any time at all is great! I did both mine for 10 months and I worked, too. I just pump at work. In Missouri there are laws that require employers to provide time and a place for mom's to pump. I never had any issues. Just do it as long as you can! :-) good luck!

It all depends. Any amount of breastfeeding is better than none at all.

I breast fed my first for 6 weeks. I've done alot of research on this (cause in a nerd) and as long as the baby gets the colostrum, which is the first week or two, then that's the best for baby. =)
