Is it ok to eat them I know it's not ok for energy drinks but i just didn't know about the chews
Ajaponte, Energy drinks specifically say should not drink if pregnant...... coffee is one thing but energy drinks have so much crap in it
I drink energy drinks/ coffee all the time. It's alright as long as you don't exceed 200 mg of caffeine.
I drink gaterade all the time... Its perfectly fine to consume when pregnant. I'm pretty sure that you can have the energy chews, but if your concerned, you should ask your doctor.
