Eggs and milk are usually fine unless baby is allergic. You would think know until you try, though.
Avoid spicy foods and beans that can make your baby have tummy aches and try to eat Heathy but you can mostly eat everything
Make sure you limit the intake of spicy foods because what you eat goes into your breast milk at least that's what the doctor told me
A healthy balanced diet, obviously steer clear of alcohol and high amounts of caffeine, as they can be passed through to your baby other than that keep doing what your doing!
