breastfeeding

Any ladies know of a good nipple cream for when it's time to breastfeed. I know they're going to get really sore. :(

I got lanolin hpa something like that. Lol its in a puprle bottle.. literally the nipple cream and nipple gaurd is why im still breastfeeding.  I dont think if it wasnt for that i would not be able to feed him. Mine were so sore and it was so painful. But now i love it and im so happy i decided to keep going

Its really just the first 1-2 weeks so a small bottle of lanolin should he fine. The hospital will actually probably give you enough they did for me. I used it the first week because he wasn't patching correctly then after seeing a consultant and fixing the issue I used it for another week after the soreness went away from the previous week. I haven't used it since my sin was 2 weeks old he is now almost 4 months. The best thing to make your nipples soft and not sore is to just let the breastmilk dry on them. I never wipe it off
