first baby & worried

So when I got up this morning I was feeling nauseated,  and felt like I needed to puke. Well I hadn't eaten anything yet and I was dry heaving and a little bit of blood was coming up in my spit just a little bit, I'm thinking it was from straining,but  should I be worried, do I need call the doctor, is the baby ok?

Called my doctor and he said everything should be fine (: thank goodness, I was worried,  especially with this being my first! Thanks Everyone!

My friend just went to the ER because if that. It was nothing, just from her dry heaving and throwing up so much. If your worried you should always call your doc :)

Well it was red, it was just a little bit like when I would dry heave and then have to spit not a lot but with first baby, I worry about everythinglol

My mom always told me that if blood enters your stomach it will crudle, turn brown, & look like used coffee grounds. If it comes out looking red than its from your throat/mouth.
