breech baby and hiccups question...

Since my doctor appointment Thursday at 29 weeks (when he said she was breech) I haven't felt her hiccups down low in the pelvic area like I had been. But I cleaned the house and have been moving around a lot then when. I sat down I felt them low low low right in the middle of my pelvis. So could she have flipped? I felt my belly up high when she was having the hiccups and felt her  hiccuping but it was stronger in my pelvic area.
