Brown discharge doesn't necessarily mean infection. Could be older blood, your period, etc.  There isn't anything that will help that, but if you do have an infection that comes with foul odor or greenish discharge, see your doctor for treatment and diagnosis. Good luck!

u gotta be a little bit more specific about this hunny, is it more like spotting, when is and was ur period? are you pregnant at all or whats going on, and what does this d/c seem to look like, are you in pain?? i mean, brown, well that can mean a variety of things. brown versus red all that really means is that the blood is older, or is less oxygenated then red, or bight red blood. im sorry i cant really help, but there really is no "PILL" that helps with just a brown d/c, u really should drink asd much fluids as you can stand to help properly hydrate yourself. i dont know how long you have had this either, but if you start getting any unusual pain or discomfort and the bleeding continues than you should call your PCP immediately and be seen right away., good luck
