caffeine?

I'm 8w4d and I'm a heavy caffeine drinker, pepsi, coffee, & frappes. if i don't drink coffee in the morning at work i feel super slugish? Is caffeine real bad? help?

If you cut the soda you can have a cup of coffee in the morning. Or cut the coffee and have one nice big glass of soda. You can have some.

Switch to non calorie sodas lije coke zero if you are worried about sugar.  I believe you are only allowed 200 mg of caffeine a day

Ask your doctor, my doctor said I could have two cokes a day since my sugar was kind of low when I first went with him and also because i would get bad headaches.

You're supposed to limit it to one can of coke a day.

That much is bad for the baby. Also, its not good that your that dependent on it hun.

yeah im trying. i go for my prenatal appt tomorrow, jm gonna see what can substitute maybe?

they told me to settle down on caffeine because its not healthy for the baby especially in the first trimester. i would settle down on that i have.
