I wore heels before my first pregnancy and all during it... If your feet are ok with it, theres nothing to worry about... I stopped wearing them though after she was born because we were always home... This pregnancy I'm in slippers lol

My doc told me off cuz I was wearing heels at my 11th week.. bur I guess he overreacted. I just dont wear them anymire bc i dont feel comfortable..

Its not recommended but i know of women who are so used to wear heels that they used them thoughtout most of their pregancy but i guess it all depends on if your comfortable wearing them.
