can u get clottin but still b preg?

hi i have recently experiend sum clotting not massive clots n been bleeding red blood ever since my internal u/s at the u/s/ they said i had a empty pregnancy sac but that cud b cos i was 2 early. b4 i had my scan i was havin discoloured discharge. i didnt have morning sickness b4 my bleeding but i have it now afterwards n i also have sore boobs again n constantly tired again. could ne1 give me sum advice as 2 y this is happening or if they have had it happen etc as im quiet worried as im going 4 my nxt u/s 2moz n am vry worried as im 99.9% sure i've lost it but i still feel like im suffering wiv thre prgnancy things

i defo lost the baby so this isnt the case wiv me altho i am gonna stick wiv my folic acid tables

I would say there is a good chance your still pregnant. I would get into the doc for an u/s ASAP and make sure that if you still that the baby is ok.

yes i have had the rhogam shot because i bled alot no clots just blood that was over a month ago i was told miscarriage but i took a pregnancy test last night and its still positive

Yes bleeding was a symptom. Mine was found with anti-D antibody levels in my blood though. The only way to have those antibodys is if you have had the rhogam shot or been exposed to a positive blood type

hey there i to am rh negative im wondering the symptoms u had that your body had develeoped antibodies? also was the bleeding a symptom?

i am not taking folic acid i started takin them after my u/s after reading that i rly hope that i cud still b preg thank u so much i will find out 2moz hopefully but thats given me a bit of light at the end of the tunnel

I am pregnant for the 5th time with two live births. My second pregnancy I bled and clotted for 4 months. I was told I had miscarried at 7 weeks based on a pos. Pregnancy test and the heaviness of the bleeding and clotting. This was not the case though. I was sent to see if I need a D & C at almost 4 months and instead found out I was still carrying a live fetus. That baby was born 5 weeks preterm and is now almost 3 years old. I am now currently 16 weeks pregnant. I bled and clotted massively for the first 2 months. I know that I am Rh negative and my husband is pos. And then my doc tested me for the MTHFR genetic mutation and I was positive. The MTHFR mutations makes your body not process folic acid correctly so then the baby doesn't get enough folic acid and it cause bleedig, clotting and if bot caught and given extra folic acid it can cause miscarriages. So I would get into your doc ASAP and try to find out why you are bleeding and if you are in fact still pregnant because it is a very big possibility that you are.
