can you walm

Up breast milk help I just want to make sure I can? Any advice I would really appreciate your replys

I was always told put in a bowel with warm water and that's how you heat it up. If you put it in the microwave it kills all the good stuff that your baby needs.

No microwave but yes u can definitely heat it up. Run some hot water !! :)

chantanmore thank you hun means a lot was just making sure because I didn't want to walm somethink and give it to my baby if I couldn't walm it up lol thank u and I will thank I appreciate your help and reply

You can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days unfrozen you cAn  keep it in the freezer that's attached to your fridge for 3 months and you can keep it in the deep freezer from 6 months to a year.you warm it up just like you would formula not too hot make sure you test it before you give it to baby if you have anymore questions I'll try and help
