Not sure but I also always feel real thirsty .. I have no idea how many bottles of water a day but since I'm already use to having to get up to use the rest room I started taking water to bed with me. I drink 3-4 water bottles through out the night

It can happen but it just depends. If you feel thristy when you wake up try drinking some water through out the night. I keep a water bottle next to my bed always refilled before I go to bed. And it def helps the nights where I wake up feeling like I ate half the dessert. :)

That's how I felt all throughout my pregnancy especially 2nd & 3rd trimester. I have to drink like 5-8 tall cups of water at night because I feel so dehydrated
