Is it Okay to drink coffee if you are pregnant

They day no but I do, the risk of getting bacteria is very low in the state's. If the bacteria is picked up it is bad for baby but if you are in the state's the risk of getting it is so low I would not worry. I eat lunch meat everyday just about it. Always make sure it is stored at a good temperature and is not left out too long. Do not eat any that is expired or close to the expiration date. I love subway cold cuts but I always have them open fresh deli meat that way I know it was not setting in food prep area all day.lol.

It is fine just try to limit your intake. I drink regular coffee everyday and I drink about two cups a day. The only real thing they link it to is early miscarriage so at least try to cut back for the first trimester.

U can as long as u don't drink more than 200mg of caffeine

Okay cuz. I love coffee I just heard that coffee is good for it but I didn't know cuz. This is my fist kid and I didn't want anything to happens and What about like sweets and stuff

I heard decaf coffee is the safest but u shouldnt drink It very often.. I drink decaf and everything has been fine!
