can't eat and everything hurts

I'm almost 20 weeks and my baby just started rejecting everything I eat . The only thing so far that I have kept down is cherries and water what should I do? And on top of that my back and my hips ache . Should I go to the emergency room

I lost 20 pounds cause my morning sickness was horrible from 8-25 weeks. The ER only gave my an IV cause I couldn't keep fluids down and was dehydrated. They'll give u zofran or reglan for nausea
