I'm 10wks and have had the same problem but now thankfully I am able to eat. What i usedd to do was eat ice cubes it helped curb the hunger and make me less nauseous. U may want to at least try eat fruit or veggies that worked foe me but everyone's different as long ad u get lil bit of food in your belly u should be OK Smoothies might help as someone suggested too. If nothing works I suggest u talk to your doctor about it.

You definitely have to try. I had HG and was never able to eat much while pregnant because I vomited it all up, but you can't pass on food just because it doesn't look good. It will as you get further along and food will be more appealing.

I was the same why but you still have to put something on your stomach even if it don't stay down or you dont want to eat just try. I had lost 10lbs because I couldn't keep anything down at all and my doctor was Finna make go to the hospital if I didn't start. Just try

I had trouble eating the first 3 months. I lost over 30 lbs, but I also had horrible morning sickness. I'm 30 weeks now and I just reached the weight I was before I got pregnant
