I'm 4 months pregnant and have a loss in appetite . what should I do?

What exactly can't you eat?  I'm having the same issues but i force myself to eat because i need it and so does the baby. I eat small meals but very bland. Nothing with sauce or too much seasoning. I actually don't east meat anymore because, since I've been pregnant, it makes me sick. So i just rest loss of vegan foods like quinoa, kale, tofu, veggies..etc

I read another women had dis same problem and she went to da hospital an dey kept her so I would suggest yhu jus eat sumthin anyway an if yhu jus kant den go to da hospital
