cant sleep

At night i feel so tired i think oh im gonna fall asleep super fast but once im lying in bed i cant sleep my whole body hurts my back hurts my legs start to cramp WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN. Then im exahusted in the morning ???

My doc said benedryl too its supposed to help with morning sickness as well

Omg me too. Im 32weeks today and for the past week, I cant sleep. I go to bed tired but constantly toss and turn and cant shut my brain off. My dr said to take benadryl so I will be doing that :)

The same over here. I'm only 7w 5d n so tired all day long but then when I lay in bed can't sleep, up all night. I try to get comfy but i can't. Then gotta b up at 6am n that's the time that I start to get d zzzz.

Not sure y its happening but im going through exactly the same thing. im always so exhausted to the point everywhere i go like to shops, kids daycare etc people keep commenting how tired i look and im getting that annoyed sometimes i feel like saying gee thanks for pointing out the obvious but i just bite my tongue. its horrible im awake almost all night
