So wen is ths congestion blocked nose, its so iritatin drivin me crazy an wen I blow my nose nthn there but I cn feel smthn at the bck of my throat! 36wks its worse thn the first trimester I gues I'm jus tired

I have Allergies and since I've been pregnant they've gotten worse and I'm always congested and have a runny nose. I live in the US and The one thing that really helps me is taking 24hr claratin or the Walmart brand is called Walatin and it's safe to use while pregnant. It helps clear you up so you can breath :)

I ws given these reali mild nose drops bt u cnt use continuosly it wrks bt It burns my nasal passages, I've tried wth salt water thru the nose bt I throw up after doin it, I'm so tired of ths congestion an wts worse is the feeln like smthns stuck in my throat I'll remember the nme hopefully they hv it here

I'm not sure what all is available in different parts of the world but I am the same exact way.
I LOVE the breathe right strips! They are a god send especially at night.  The advanced ones work the best.  I swear to good glory I want to give the inventor a big 'ol kiss on the cheek lol.
