car accident :(

I just got hit by another car.. and I feel fine aside from a headache.. it wasn't a bad accident but I dont know if I should go into the ER just to make sure that nothing happend.. like I said it wasn't anything serious but what do you ladies think?

Should I just go in to make sure nothing happend to my little sea monkey?
