I tried both w my first it didnt work for me i got a sore tongue from to much pineapple and the poops from the castor oil lol i know alota ppl they did work for though .. my little mister just wasnt ready

Tried castor oil last nigh and have me the worst back pain and maybe a few contractions I'm not sure but a hell of a lot of pain. I decided to try again tonight, so hoping it works! Primrose oil tho defiantly!! Iv been at 1cm for 4 weeks, started taking it yesterday and got checked today and I'm at 3 cm and all the way thinned out!!

I did pineapples and that jumpstarted my labor with my first. Im thinking of primose oil this time around but not until im 39 weeks if i make it that long of course. :) i dont want her coming too early.

Have not tried either. Primrose oil vaginally workes with me. I took 4-5 for two days and was in labor the next morning
