cats and pregnancy

I have 2 cats. And I'm so worried about getting toxoplasmosis that I dont even want to touch them. I know they say just not to change the litter box. But they step in that litter box. And then want to step on me and they lick their butts. Then lick their bodies. Am I just thinking about this too much or do I have ligitement concerns?

I have a kitty and i wore gloves when handling.the tray as the doc said theres onpy a certain few weeks in your pregnancy when it can be harmful and i just wash my hands after giving.him cuddles.

I've always been extra careful with all animals while pregnant because of the fear of germs and etc. but I think you'll be okay, just wash your hands really well after petting them.
