cervix change?

So just recently my cervix has change usually its far back and high up and now its really close to the front and almost sticking out and its pretty hard.
Did anyone elses cervix change when they got pregnant? if so how?

All the answers I could get will help since every women is different.

Are you for sure pregnant? I haven't looked at your profile yet, so I'm going by you not saying you are in your post...BUT if you could be and aren't yet, then your cervix is always changing...it can be in a different position throughout the day, so it's not conclusive to pregnancy. But as for being pregnant, I never checked until I was close to my due date and was having Braxton Hicks contractions...and then I could tell it was changing when I was starting to dilate and effacing.
