Breastfeed or formula?

What do you guys think is best for the baby? Breast feeding or formula? I'm so scared to breast feed but I don't want to be selfish if it's better for the baby than formula.

Breastfeeding is the best thing you can do for your baby I've been breastfeeding my son since day one and he has never been sick he is 8 months going on 9 and just so smart and alert. Im pregnant again (4months) and he still is breastfed. Its also easy for the middle of the night too its already warm and made all you have to do is add baby lol

Breast milk is more nutritional for your baby and they get your antibodies so they have a lower risk of getting sick and it's easier on their digestive system. Breastfeeding isnt only good for your baby but yourself as well. My breastfeeding peer counsler assured my worries, I thought breast feeding would hurt and what not but as long as you have a proper latch there should be no pain. I would at least give it a try and if it doesnt work out then go to formula.

They said breast feeding is because of the nutrients in your body. But I'm being selfish. Forget that. My boobs are so sensitive. Let alone a baby sucking on them. I was formula fed and I turned out decent so hey it's what works for you.

It's definitely better for your baby than formula. Breast milk has antibodies in it, to help strengthen your babies immune system. Your breast milk has over 200 nutrients in it. Formula has less, and the stuff it does have is usually man made.

Your body makes what your baby needs, it's amazing and natural. You should do some research online for more benefits :)
