chamomile tea instead of raspberry tea
Can i have a chamomile tea instead of raspberry tea ...bcoz i am not getting the rasp berry tea .....does chamomile tea helps in dialation process...? Wat to do any suggestions plsss
Raspberry leaf tea is made from the raspberry leaves and actually has no raspberry in it. It tastes like green tea its really delivious with lemon. But its for strengthening your uterus and can help make contractions more effective but does not help thin you out or dialate you or even start contractions. Chamomile will do nothing.
