chances of miscarriage?

I suffered two miscarriages 10 weeks apart; October 25, 2007 and January 8, 2008. On January 29, I ovulated and was supposed to start my period on February 11, 2008. I had some brown and red spotting that day, but the same day, I had my surgery and was diagnosed with endometriosis. My doctor says he cannot successfully determine that my miscarriages were caused by the endometriosis and that I'd have to miscarry again before he would give me any medical intervention such as estrogen to keep a pregnancy. Also, I did bleed the week of February 11, 2008 until February 16, 2008, but I'm not sure if the bleeding was a result of the laparoscopy or if it was my period. I'm due to ovulate tomorrow and have baby danced last night and this morning and plan to again tomorrow. My doctor told me to only wait one cycle after my miscarriage before starting to try to conceive, and I waited that cycle. He did not say anything about waiting a cycle after the surgery.

So, my question is, should I conceive this month, what are my chances of having another miscarriage? Has anyone conceived and carried a pregnancy so soon after miscarriage and surgery?

Thanks.

I got pregnant the first cycle after my miscarriage and carried to term. I'm not sure about the surgry though. I wish I could give you more info but I think thst if you try you might have a good chance of it taking. Best of luck I hope you get your baby really soon.
