low potassium and dehydration are usually the cause...
Drink lots of water and try eating bananas everyday. Stretching helps too. I second the yoga suggestion.
Take a calcium vitamin. It helped me!
I would just say try to make time to stretch, before bed, i been doing Yoga it's very relaxing i'm always ready to sleep afterward and Pilates the both keep you loose and and keep your back and core strong during pregnancy. Plus it's free i get videos from Youtube.
