Hey does anyone know if you can apply for child support before your baby is due?

In texas you can file for cs before the bby is born things get started

Here in Louisiana you have to establish paternity first

In Cali they will let you start the process so it's ready to go when the baby is born but you do have to establish paternity first.

Here in Texas you have to wait till baby is born and they ask you in the hospital if you want a paternity test or not.

It may depend on where you live.
