I ate spicy food through out my entire pregnancy, and maybe 30 mins afterwards i drink a glass of milk and that helped me not get heartburn. But now im 37+3 and heartburn is so extreme now, i just avoid spicy food, but i crave it everyday lol i ate chips all the time, i was bad bad bad haha

I had it fOr awhile but it Went away, I just drank a lot of milk,  I still eat spicy stuff

Hot as in spicey? I was told to avoid hot foods as the backlash of heartburn is horrible.
